The linear guide and linear axis on the CNC cutting machine are one of the central parts of the CNC cutting machine. Its function is to lead and support. In order to ensure the high processing accuracy of the CNC cutting machine, it is necessary for the guide rail and the straight line to have a higher guiding accuracy and a better movement firmness.
It is a rotating body leader formed by a flat guide rail, a linear guide rail, and a combination of a cycle roller and a flat guide rail. Although there are many types of guide rails, most of the working characteristics are the same, providing a lubricating mobile name for the carrier. Deal with the force generated by the machine cutting to reduce the impact on the passive processing machine.
Most of the guide rails are linear activities, a few are arc activities. The linear guide is combined with the ball through the correct processing procedure. Linear guides may enable CNC cutting machines to obtain fast feed speeds. In the case of the same spindle speed, rapid feed is the characteristic of linear guides. So how do we need to adjust the linear guide?
The specific operations are as follows:
1. Tighten the 1/2000mm standard steel wire at both ends of the guide rail, adjust the adjustment screws on the two guide plates on the guide rail, so that the distance between the two sides of the guide rail and the standard steel wire is a certain value, and use this interval as the standard interval .
2. Use a steel tape with a tensile force of 20N and a tensile accuracy of 1/2000mm. The spacing between the main and secondary guide rails at both ends should be the span of the machine. Otherwise, adjust the guide rail with the whole wire and adjust the wire at the same time to ensure that the standard interval is not Will change.
3. Measure the flatness of the main rail and the auxiliary rail with an accuracy of 1/10000 mm, and adjust the height of the guide bolts to adjust the height, so that the flatness of the main rail and the auxiliary rail is within 0.5 mm.
4. Use the pressure plate to compress each main track and helper track at the end, as the basis for adjusting the horizontal and vertical conditions of the track, the flatness of the main track and the auxiliary track, and the spacing between the main track and the auxiliary track. The straightness of the rail is steel. The standard interval between the wire and the side of the guide rail is for reference.
5. Use the adjusting pin and the probe foot to adjust the distance between the two ends of each main rail and the standard wire rope one by one, and adjust it to the standard interval.
6. Use the bubble leveler to adjust the horizontal and vertical level of the guide rail. Calibrate step by step from one end of the rail to the other end, and then measure the joints of the two rails to ensure that they are in a horizontal position.
7. After calibrating and coaching the rails, tighten the connecting bolts between the rails carefully, and press the rails with the pressure plate. Carefully check whether the guide rail is allowed to move or deform. The level and sides of the guide rail joints should be lubricated.
In daily maintenance, we also need to pay attention to the maintenance of the linear guide of the CNC cutting machine to ensure the good operation of the equipment. The specific method is as follows:
1. Unplug the main power supply of the CNC cutting machine and press the switch of the CNC cutting machine several times to release the static electricity.
2. Remove the guide rail of the CNC cutting machine. Use a rag to carefully clean the grease and accumulated waste on the guide rail.
3. Spread a little grease on the name of the linear guide with your fingers, and choose the groove first.
4. How many drops of lubricating oil are dropped on the linear guide, and then the linear guide is moved back and forth repeatedly to ensure that the overall lubricating oil of the guide is everywhere.
5. Install linear guide rail. Then turn on the main power of the CNC cutting machine and press the switch of the CNC cutting machine.
