3. Before the coupling is installed, clean the oil on both ends of the shaft and check the fit of the key grooves on the end face.
4. The coupling installation process must use high-quality wrenches. When tightening the screws, the operation must be repeated several times to prevent the screws from slipping. The amount of bushing inserted.
5. Please refer to the shaft sleeve length (LF size) in the product catalog for the shaft insertion amount in the coupling. If the insertion amount is short, it may cause shaft slippage or shaft sleeve damage due to reduced friction.
6. When installing the coupling and the module, firstly fix the motor and the coupling, push and pull the module table repeatedly by hand, correct the smooth movement of the table back and forth, and finally fix the motor and the coupling.
7. For devices with heavier loads, please apply thread glue to prevent the butterfly wires from loosening, or increase the coupling model by No. 1.
8. Be cautious when using the product. The product may be damaged by falling or hurt your feet due to falling.
9. If abnormal noise occurs during operation, please stop the operation immediately, and check the alignment, whether it is in contact with peripheral equipment, whether the screws are loose, etc., and then check the coupling after eliminating the above reasons.
